How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation and reach you in 2 to 7 days within India. For international orders the estimated time for your address is shown at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹3,000. Below that, the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
How can I pay?
We accept online payments only: UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, through a secure payment gateway. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or exchanged, except in the damage cases described in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please record a continuous, uncut video of opening the sealed parcel and inspecting the product, then WhatsApp it with your order number and name to +91 97500 32632. We reply within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I return a product I do not like?
No. Slight colour differences from photography or screen settings, and small irregularities in handloom products, are part of the craft and are not grounds for return. Please read our Colour disclaimer before ordering.
